However, for some areas of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply, product prices are lower than those listed at the reduced rate. So if you have a business headquarters in such an area, and an invoice is cut in it, then you will pay less money and we will do the calculation of the final amount (reduced) VAT. which you will be charged after registering your order. RETURN POLICY
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order by calling us at 2311 243270, via Fax at 2310 569 003 or via e-mail at info@PanSolar.gr. Depending on the progress of your order, we will inform you about the options you have. If the customer cancels the order when the products are in the carrier, he is obliged to pay the shipping costs (shipping to the customer and return to the company).

Returns are accepted as long as the following conditions are met:
The execution of an order through the e-shop, constitutes the conclusion of a contract of sale from a distance regulated by the legal framework of L.2251 / 1994, as it is valid today.

Product returns due to delivery error
In all cases in which other than the sold ones are delivered, by type or quantity or with missing properties which have been previously agreed in writing with PanSolar. The customer returns the products to check and identify the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of returning to the customer are borne by PanSolar as long as the company offers a return method.

Return of defective products
In the event that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, if this is confirmed by the authorized repairman who provides the warranty of good operation or in case PanSolar itself provides the warranty directly, the following shall apply:
  • The warranty is provided for a limited period of time as stated in the detailed product specifications. After the end of this period or repair, the replacement of the products is possible with an additional charge after a new agreement with the customer.
  • The return of the product to be replaced must be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging. If it is a defect that was found later by the delivery and the packaging does not exist or also if the packaging of the product was received by the distributors during the delivery of the item, the packaging of the product is not required.
  • The return of the products will be done either by personnel and means of transport of a transport company. In the case of return, the customer is charged with the shipping costs to PanSolar and PanSolar is charged with the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product, if the product defect is proven.
  • After returning the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then contacted to inform him about the results of the inspection.
  • If the defect is found, the product will be repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction will be canceled if the product cannot be repaired in a reasonable time and no other product with similar or better features or equivalent value can be found by PanSolar for replacement. . In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the initial purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to PanSolar.
  • In particular, in the event of a credit card charge, PanSolar will be obliged to notify the issuing Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed with any transaction under the contract established with the customer without PanSolar's liability. . Following this information, PanSolar is not responsible for the timing and manner of execution of the dispute, which is regulated by the contract. In the case of cash payments, if the customer had chosen the option of "receipt from the store", it will be done by returning his money to him from any store of the PanSolar network. In case of payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from PanSolar's accounts to the customer.
  • In the event that the products are returned damaged or defective, the online store has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the status of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other in full or partial offsetting of this claim. against the customer.

Product returns, which are considered defective upon delivery (DOA)
The return of products that are considered defective during delivery (DOA) will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery of these to the customer. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must have all the original documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging. In these cases, the same applies to Return of Defective Products.

Return of non-defective products - Right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from delivery (when it comes to products) and even when there are many products in the same order from the delivery of the latter and when there is an obligation to deliver products regularly intervals from the delivery of the first. Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

Specifically in the case of credit card charges as follows: in case the price has been paid to PanSolar by the Bank until the item is withdrawn and returned, PanSolar will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed with each an act provided for in the contract concluded with the customer. All orders are shipped throughout Greece via Courier for small items, or through a transport company for larger goods.

Charging Price List
