FAQs

1.What Collector Can I Choose For My Solar, Selective or Black?

The black or semi-selective dye collector is a simple type of collector for converting solar energy into heat.
The selective collector is a flat collector that uses a selective surface absorber instead of a simple black. The black dye has been replaced by a high absorption material (~ 95%) and low radiation (~ 5%). By using a selective absorber, higher yields and higher water temperatures are achieved. Flat selective collectors are used for heating water as well as for space heating and air conditioning.

2.Why choose storage tank (boiler) with Glass (enamel)?

1. Protection against all forms of oxidation

The enamelled metal surfaces acquire a long-term protection against oxidation. In the joining region of the enamel with the sheet metal, the possibility of creating residues in joints with non-enamel surfaces is avoided by melting one another.

2. Absolutely safe for public health

Enamelled containers in which food is stored or prepared (cooked, heated, etc.) do not contain elements that could be harmful to public health.

3. Economy

Seeing superficial scaling can be more expensive than other methods of anti-rust protection. We need to take into account exceptional longevity. But with enameling we not only get quality and ecological, but also economic anticorrosive protection of high standards. An objective comparison of costs - beneficial effects, clearly leans towards the enamel. Although purchasing and implementation costs are a bit higher compared to other methods, in the end and in the long run, emails are cheaper.

4. Fulfill the hygiene rules

The dozens of tests that have been done in the field of hygiene have shown that bacteria and all micro-organisms can not grow on enamel surfaces because of their compact glass structure. Thus, there is no opportunity to set aside, to the so-called invisible impurities.

5. Longevity, without cracks

The enamel products are distinguished for their longevity. The surface of an enamel can only be damaged by violent external influences. The fact that enamel "pops" is an impression that can only be characterized as a bias. Modern thin-film emails are very elastic, making them extremely resistant to scratches and bumps. So, the
Enamel objects can be fearlessly exposed to adverse conditions and distinguished for their longevity.

6. Resistance to acids

Depending on the use, enamels that can withstand acidic or alkaline environments (eg hot oxidising water) are manufactured. Either very hard cleaners, or "acid rain", can not even annoy an enamel surface.

7. Enamel-metal joint layer

This association is permanent. At the point of association, the two materials have melted into one another. The adhesion force reaches up to 100 N / mm² (traction test).

8. Electrical neutrality

The integrated enamel-sheet material never loses its insulating properties, it is forever electrically neutral.

9. Resistance to any weather conditions

Enameling is unaffected neither by the salty environment prevailing in the seaside areas nor by the corrosive atmosphere of industrial areas.

10. Hard and resistant to scratches, such as glass

Through the very high quality surface created by enameling, it lacks at all resistance to glass. Thus, the enamel surfaces can successfully respond to many stresses.

11. Stable form

The combination of materials produced by the composite enamel-sheet material gives the emails great stability. Industrial materials such as sheet metal, cast iron, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. are used as base materials.

12. Quality checked

The German Enamel Companies are manufacturing their enamels according to the strict specifications of the book "Quality Requirements and Control Requirements" published by the Center.

13. Temperature resistance

In the range of - 60˚C to + 450˚C, the emails hold their full properties and antioxidant capabilities.

14. Resistance to abrupt temperature fluctuations

Extreme temperature changes are not a problem for modern emails. So they can respond quickly to 300 ° C.

15. Recyclable

The enamel items are recyclable. They can, without further burdening the environment, melt again and be used for any other purpose.

16. Environmentally friendly

The raw materials needed to produce the enamel (minerals and inorganic silicates) are naturally in abundance. The enameling process as well as the enamel-metal bonding layer are made with completely environmentally safe media. Essentially, the emails do not contain dangerous substances (eg Lead, Cadmium, Solvents, etc.). Even
The water is used in the process of the enamelling plant as a diluent. All this means zeroing the risks for the people who process it and for the environment.

17. Compatible with other materials

Enamelled surfaces have a neutral behavior against other materials.

3.Why put a mixing valve in my water tank?

In all fireplaces or solid fuel stoves that heat water to heat our space, you must use a mixing valve (load) of 55 degrees Celsius, because they put the return in the fireplace or stove above 55 degrees Celsius so as not to it sinks and can raise the temperature and also does not liquefy by catching tar inside. The mixing valve (load) gives the fireplace or stove high performance and longevity.
Without the mixing valve (load) the water cannot raise the temperature and can boil the boiler within a year.

4.How does Laddomat work?

When the boiler starts, the Laddomat circulates the water inside the boiler, so that it quickly reaches the operating temperature and the heating inertia begins to heat up. The Laddomat then draws hot water and sends it to the top of the inertia tank slowly and in a controlled manner so that the separation is optimal. In addition, Laddomat cools the boiler with preheated return water, ie hot water from the top of the boiler, diluted with a little cold water from the bottom of the inertia tank.

5.Why put an inertia tank?

-In cooling, we put it exclusively to raise the amount of water, so that the heat pump does not start-it stops often.

- In heating, we place it in wood-fired boilers (or plumbing fireplaces), as it absorbs the excess energy that the fireplace or wood-burning stove gives in relation to the losses of the house and gives it when we stop supplying wood. In other words, it is a 'battery' that stores the excess energy and delivers it when our boiler is out. Another advantage of installing wood fuel is that by putting an inertia tank we avoid overheating the water, as well as improving the performance of our boiler system, since it always works at high temperatures.

- In solar power plants, the inertia tank absorbs the excess energy that collectors give in relation to the needs of the house and delivers it when the sunshine stops.
